Dave and Suwam simultaneous control issue on 60% keyboard

I have a 60% with separate numpad and neither the arrow key alt function on the main keyboard nor the arrows on my separate numpad actually work to control Suwam so I literally can't progress.

Figure out I have to hold Fn + W for 2 seconds to swap Wasd to the arrow keys for some odd reason but there is still the part later on where you actually have to move dave and suwam at the exact same time and the arrow key swap doesnt help lol.

Solution on PC: I switched controls (you'll get to the menu if you pause the game and then pres F1) -the problem was the one that needed to be pressed to pull the chain while the other character moves.
