Question for failed missions

So i just beat Revenge time and as i came out i got the quest for Stormy Night 2 where you need to night dive however you can only dive once per night and i had just finished the night dive so i couldn't do it again so i went to the next day and i failed the mission when i literally had no way to do it, will this mission re-appear at some point? or am i never going to 100% the game now?

You just need to wait for the next stormy night and the quest will be back.
