"Stormy Night failed. It it possible to obtain it again?

So I unfortunatelly had the game coincidentally set the mission "Stormy Night" the same night as the Marlin event, which would net me tons of money. I read the quest and thought it did not need to be on that exact night, I thought the dialogue was mostly for context, so I opted for the Marlin event because I needed money for my upgrades.

The night ends and the mission fails. Is it possible to obtain this quest again or was it lost forever? (Which I'm assuming will make me unable to 100% this current playthrough, which is just plain stupid).

Just about every event (including the VIP missions) in this game will come back should you fail it the first time.
