How to resell items to cobra?

The store unlocks after like 4 or 5 days of playing. You just talk to the white haired dude on the boat.

There will be a notification when Cobra's store opens. Once that happens, when you talk to Cobra on the boat you'll have two options: store or talk. If you don't have the store option, then you haven't unlocked it yet.

Also, my internal grammarian insists I let you know that you wouldn't be 'reselling' things to Cobra unless you've unlocked some mystery content in which you bought things from Cobra before unlocking the store. You'd simply be selling things to Cobra.
