FYI, the knife is still there, you just need to toss away the overriding weapon you just picked up.
Is it actually?! I have looked for it, it just disappears! Unlike the harpoon tips and guns, which are exactly where I left them, unless you change scenes. Wtf...I must be going blind. XD
Thank you. :-)
Wait...do you mean still in inventory? So, if I drop the new melee, it will just reappear? I knew about the 'drop weapon' thing, but didn't know what it was for or why anyone would want to drop their weapon, haha!
You'll want to drop the overriding weapon in glacier zone. lol
If you're wearing the frozen cod, you can't mine the ore with your upgraded knife. XD
Once you finish mining, just pick up the dropped weapon again.
Omg; talk about a brain fart, haha!
This was exceedingly helpful, thank you SO much. Is it just me? Do I keep missing the obvious? I couldn't even start the entire game until someone told me to 'long press' the space bar. XD
Also, I just now found two baseballs...still don't know what they're for, but now that I can get my knife back, I'll try them out on smaller fish. ;-)
I can't believe I've gotten to Chapter Six without knowing this. XD
Of course, it makes perfect sense, since that would be what a diver actually does...
