Junak cheats at Card Matching (Or becomes a total moron if you've lost 2 or more in a row)
I really hope this is part of some storyline because the way you have the AI set up for this game is pretty frustrating.
If you're in the lead he's almost guaranteed to match two cards that haven't even been flipped yet if there's no other possible matches. Then the bigger issue is that since he always goes first, he has a big advantage for the last 2 possible matches.
It would make sense if he matched cards that had been already seen (like I reveal a crab then he picks another card that's a crab and matches the crab I previously revealed) and I'm sure this is really just a "catch up" mechanic built in to keep it competitive.

IF you've lost a few in a row, he suddenly becomes very stupid. He suddenly can't remember where any cards are and you win with like 3+ more matches than him.
Again, I get it as some form of "Catch Up" mechanic to help when a player has lost a few, but it should be just a set difficulty regardless of win/loss standings

Personally, I did the 100 bet when I haven't unlock Duwa's shop and I was like... 95% win but 500% stressed.

The tricks here are:

1. ALWAYS take note of all the card locations. Remember that Junak will ALWAYS know any cards that were flipped.

2. ALWAYS force Junak to reveal the unknown cards.
Instead of picking 2 completely unknown cards, pick 2 known cards or pick 1 unknown and 1 known. This will gradually reveal the cards without getting a match.
** If you spot any matches during this phase, immediately flip them. **

3. When 4 or 5 patterns are known but no matching cards, start randomly picking the unknown. You can use your previous note to get the matches.

It's almost always a 5 - 4 win, extremely stressful.

if u need some easy money the teeth game is probably the easiest to win as u can rig it in your favor most of the times, and even if u dont theres a good chance the opponent doesnt know which is the bad tooth.
right after the countdown when the shark mouth opens u get about 1 second to see the bad tooth wiggle or un-jam

Yup, the card game is rigged. If you win too many in a row he becomes psychic. The shark tooth one is a better bet since it only requires some skill. Or if you want to guarantee wins, record the moving cups and play it back in slow mo.

lol with the moving cups i did a couple 10 bet rounds and it was super easy so i thought i might as well do 100, all of a sudden the crabs moved at light speed xD never again

Here's the problem, he will flip matches from unknown cards. Like if only one crab has been revealed and you're in the lead, he will flip the other crab. (Not that it has anything to do with the crab card, just an example).

Also after losing 2 in a row, on the 3rd game he had two chances to make a match from known cards and didn't take it. So the difficulty must change based on your current score and win/loss record

I win every time betting 100 I just use the tool someone made in the guides section, its basically a web page that has all the cards and you click which one you flip so you always remember where things are.

Also when playing him flip one card if you don't know where the other is then flip one that has already been flipped that way you aren't showing him where new cards are

yeah, all of his games are heavily rigged, the entire premise of including a casino system but not having it at all be games of actual chance is a kick to the teeth, then pile on the actual quest the requires you WIN at his most rigged game, matching cards

some of his games are rigged in the players favor, others are in his favor, and cards are almost always in his favor unless you decide to waste a bunch of cash just to get the auto win streak where he plays dumb, deaf, and mute

at this point all i can hope is that whatever these coins are for better not be important or im gonna be ridiculously pissed at this obvious attempt to waste hours of the players time for a tiny bit of padding to game time

I just won 5 in a row with 100 bets. You need to adjust your tactics. Sylphine Sylphgale nailed the strategy, so I won't reiterate it. In those 5 games there was only 1 shot he had at beating me and he completely flubbed a late guess.

I do agree that he cheats, but if you strategize it well and let him reveal most of the unknowns you will win consistently.

I've now won 10 days in a row (50 games). There was zero correlation between streak and skill for Junak. There were games where he did seem to pull an amazing random guess, but those never sunk me. Even deep into the streak he was making bonehead moves. About 20% of the time he nearly beat me.

Confirmed: gambling not rigged based on streak. You need to out-strategize him by not being the one to reveal too much information.

Crab game for 50 is also a good option. You should be able to get a 100% winrate (or close to it) by starring at the center of the screen and following the crab through your peripheral vision. And each game only takes 15 seconds or so, for 250 daily coins.
