Bugged Quest - Clione Delivery

I have a bugged quest where I have to deliver 5/5 Clione to the Sea People. It's stuck at 3/5 and I have already killed the Clione Queen (I have the shiny card). I've collected Clione that were not marked in the hopes that I can still turn it in, but I can't find the Sea Person who gave me the mission/quest. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I tried that. 3/4 missions on the board are marked complete. The only open mission is one that I have not accepted for opal minerals.

Reloaded from an earlier day's save. So, I lost a couple of days that I'll have to redo, but I was able to turn the mission into the board.

Still bugged almost a year later, holy hell how has this not been fixed? I'm 0/5, beat the Clione Queen and still can't deliver the damn things lol.

There's been various fixes to it over the months in patch notes. I recommend submitting a bug report to the devs so they know it's still a problem. There's a pinned topic on their bug submission process. If you haven't already, I would make sure you verify your game file integrity. DTD does some weird things when any file gets funky.
