Itsuki or Drae as branch manager?

Right now I have Conh as a branch manager. Only he and Drae seem capable of serving the cocktails. I had Raul as branch manager initially but got a huge uptick in angry guests, and found out it was because he was too busy flexing and not doing any cocktail serving, lol. I do wonder if Nino can serve cocktails, though. He does have that drink master skill.

i don't think serving skills (wasabi refill, drink serving) matter too much as a manager since i remember seeing the wasabi refill by itself w/o any of my employees having the skill to refill at the branch (Billy, Itsuki, Drae, Yusuke, and James).

But if we're strictly comparing Itsuki and Drae, then Drae would be better since he has a higher cooking level and can enable higher ranking foods while Itsuki is stuck serving rank 8 food even at max lvl

Branch Manager gain ability to refill wasabi and clean table despite not having that skill. I know 100% Itsuki clean table and refill wasabi as Branch Manager even though she doesn't normally have those skill.

Pretty sure Drae gives you max appeal rank and max ingredient rank. Itsuki gives max appeal rank but can't reach rank 9 ingredient, she tops out at rank 8 stuff.

Maxed I like Koyoko. Before that either Drae or Itsuki. Drae can use R9 ingredients unlike Itsuki who maxed out at R8 ingredients. Full explanation is here:

Sounds like Drae is the best choice. I wonder who the devs are parodying there. His clothes and his blurb about lying on the resume makes me think of a Silicon Valley employee trying to switch fields lol

Drae is a YouTuber. You can search with his name and find his channel. In fact, it was through Drae that I learned about Dave the Diver and ended up buying it. He plays a lot of simulator games so his channel is good for learning about them. I think I've bought several games from watching him play.

OH! I recognised the logo from the shirt the game Drae version wears! Hahahah that's hilarious! And a very nice tip to the youtuber who supported them in the early days

I did just switch Drae to the branch. He's level 11 and as soon as I moved him the branch suddenly became able to take on Rank 9 dishes. So yeah, he is definitely a keeper.
