Maki's father cutaway screen crash

After collecting 5 Cilone's for Maki and defeating the Cilone Queen, I return to the Sushi bar where I hand Maki the recording of her father. As the cutaway scene is panning from left to right the game keeps crashing.

I've noticed the game has been crashing a lot during dialogue scenes but simply restarting the game fixes this for me and autosave means I've not lost any progress. But during Maki's father's message cutaway scene it keeps crashing as the camera pans the scene and restarting does not fix this. I've tried verifying the integrity of the game files, rebooting, everything I can possibly think of.

Please help! Anyone......!?

Depending on your platform, you have to go to the following locations to find those files. Zip them up and send them over to our help center.
