How much extra cash is the event party worth?

Was wondering how much extra cash does an event themed dish sell. At the Shark one and was wondering if the themed lower rank stuff was worth putting on the menu compared to the better normal dishes

I think party dishes sell for double, but only to the customers with a star over their head.

You can just put 1 shark dish out, your most profitable one, and put your other best dish out and as long as the shark doesn't run out you should be fine.

I usually create a hard save before mealtime on a party and if it goes poorly just reload and see what you can do differently.
