"Reticent Girl" mission never showed up for me?
"Reticent Girl" mission never showed up for me?

I'm on the mission where I need to capture the seahorses with the bug net already (well past when reticent girl mission) should have been available and I have no way of progressing the story.

Anyone have a similar issue / fix?

Yes! I have the same issue. I think several of the side quest missions have failed in my game. Like the whale quest. As well as this one. I’m already in chapter 3 and this event never showed up for me.

Have you upgraded your cooksta rank to silver yet? The recipe she wants is unlocked from silver rank I believe.

It ended up showing up for me. Just keep playing and I believe it should come up.
