How do I unlock Tropical Fish Sashimi?
I read this everywhere but there's barely any information about how to obtain it. I'm at chapter 5 and I still haven't seen it. Is it hidden behind a staff member like Itsuki's pufferfish dish?

Are you talking about the one that uses 3 trigger fish, 3 corals, 3 harlequin hind, and 3 rice?

If so that one is requested the second you unlock the rice farm, and it's taught when the VIP comes to eat it.

I think it was called tropical fish sushi platter or something. Idk about the sashimi though...maybe it's later.

Oooh that one. Since I didn't need to research it I forgot that it was a thing. It turns out I didn't have the red fish and that's why I didn't see it.
