No obejctives for cold suit?

So I've finished the chase with big Gadon and the game said I need to talk to Cobra or Professor to make the cold resistant suit, but there is no quest option what to do, and talking to Cobra or Professor yields nothing. So what I should do now?

Just keep playing or advance time it'll progress the story.

Have you tried calling them or Duff on your phone? I think one of the steps involves that, not just clicking on the weapon shop.

Yes I tried calling, but all it took is finish the day... a little wierd story progression considering that mostly previously it was instantanous on the next diving.
