Cant get the last blueprint for net gun

I have around 6 hours on the game and have unlocked all the guns up to the grenade launcher but I am unable to find the last blueprint needed to unlock the net gun. Anyone know how to solve this or what causes it?

(I've opened almost every single weapons chest ive come across so far)

Find more weapon chests. What comes out of them is a matter of luck.

Yeah thats what I thought but ive opened at least 100 and nothing

You're only 6 hours in. I unlocked the grenade launcher blueprint WAY later than I unlocked the net gun just because of how RNG worked out in my case.
