Cocktail + drink serving staff bug
I have a staff member who will pour beer and wine but will NOT pour cocktails. This is a bug, yes?

Not a bug. Drink serving can only pour tea and beer.
"Cocktail Serving" is required to serve cocktails - there are only 3 employees who can do that.
Drae, Raptor, Cohh. (And the manager of your branch)
