Tuna Traps

Maybe i'm just missing something or havent unlocked something i don't know:
So its 3 Days till the Tuna Party Event and Dave gave me the trap for the Tutorial. But its either dont how to use it or dont know how to get more traps.

The Steal Net Traps are a Cobra store only item.

Yeah, you need to buy them off the dude on the boat.

He doesn't sell them all the time though, its random.

If you fully max the Net Gun (fully max it with Sea People stuff) it acts like a Steel Net Trap.

Or you can just take some time and kill the tuna with a gun or harpoon, you don't need to trap them.

Another way to catch them alive is try to find the tranq hook attachment and shot them w/ the harpoon.

Apart from the net trap, you could also upgrade either the shotgun or the sniper rifle to give them a tranquilizing effect! The shotgun in particular is great, since its 3-shot spread nearly guarantees a tranquilization on large targets such as tuna, sharks or swordfish. Those two weapons are also super versatile, since they still do great damage against bosses and allow for stunlocking the fastest and most troublesome fish in the game for easy kills or drone transport.
