Are there any dishes which use Dunkleosteus or Greenland Sharks?

I could have sworn that before the last patch I saw that they were part of a recipe I didn't have, but I just finished getting all staff to at least level 15 and I don't see any recipes in my list which use them (ignoring of course just serving them alone as sushi).

On the ingredients page you can see blacked out recipes if you are missing any dishes with any ingredient.

I don't remember if I had them but you can check this way

I think the last patch removed that feature. Previously that's exactly where I saw two blacked our recipes, but today it says "usable menus" and I have nothing blacked out
