Is anyone else having difficulty finding this one? I've gone fishing at night (stormy and not) and can't find it :( It's a photo event fish; is it tied to the shark event? It's my last fish to find!!

I figured it out. If you haven't already, Call Ellie \ Udo on your phone. For me, I had to do a mission to take a picture of a manta ray and afterwards it 'unlocked night photo opportunities'

I found it at 42 - 43m down near the middle of the map in the shallows, where it goes down into a big pit / canyon sorta.

It only spawns on the map rotation where it's a flat land when you first dive in at night.

I can confirm Noodles4Lyfe instructions. I just found it exactly where they said. MarinCa is now 100% Gold (except for GYAO of course, I'm not spending that much time...)
