I tried one, failed miserably, reset the night and trained a staff in it instead.
edit: maybe they should add a tutorial like you get for the green slime. Having to do your first one on the spot with everyone watching is rough.
tbf cocktail is pretty easy once you get the hang of it. the only thing that is bad, that you cant switch colors as fast as you want.
Unless you mix a real cocktail for yourself afterwards. I find that helps. Although in real life I seldom mix cocktails either, I mostly swig straight from the bottle.
I guess the minigame is there to show that Dave's sushi restaurant is inevitably gaining business and attraction. Busy restaurants aren't relaxing or fun. I agree that the minigame is less than charming, though. It's just clumsy, and there could have been found a better way to queue the ingredients, one with more flair and artistry.
