is there any other uses for boss meat other than used in a one time dish?

so after defeating a boss, you can harvest them for an ingredient. then you can research a dish with it, but it feels like you can only get that meat once. should I be holding it for a special occasion? or should I just make the dish and put it on the menu?

I think getting the money immediately is the best play, so you can upgrade things to earn even more money asap. I usually put it on the menu right away, and even could put it by itself until it sells out to make sure you get all the cash from it. You can add the rest of the menu when it hits 1 dish left to make sure no customers leave hungry.

You could save some dishes for certain parties, but if that party is more than a few days away it feels like a waste imo. Like shark dishes for shark party.

The only ones you should probably hold onto is the phantom jellyfish and the shark ones, as they also have a bonus during the related parties.
