Menu swapping

Weird that swapping menu items before the restaurant even opens discards the thing you want to swap out. Its not like it was eaten/used youre just changing the menu right? I guess just have to be really careful before confirming your menu for the night.

I guess the idea is that you had the chef do prep work before the shift, which kills the fish and starts decay.

Maybe they could give the player a timer after putting something on the menu to let them swap it out with no penalty.

I started saving before I put something really pricey on the menu in case the night goes bad so I can reload and maybe try something else. Especially for parties.
