Best dish/method for reaching 375 taste?

So.. reaching 375 taste seems really hard. I've been working on the humphead parrotfish curry, but the fish and amount of ingredients i need are getting astronomical... Any better and easier dish to lvl up?..

Narwhal or the yellow shrimp (forgot the name) from the glacial area can be upgraded past 375 it seems.

rank 9 shrimp from glacier area, easy to capture and can reproduce quickly in fish farm.
I dedicated a spot in the farm just for this to upgrade taste level to 375 and after 2-3 days past, they reproduced like crazy.

Thanks, i'l try that. I have explored the whole of the glacier twice and not found a singular shrimp though? Only a couple seahorses.

I think they are just below glacier in the hydrothermal vents

Narwhals caught with the steel net or tranq gun and brought up with submersible give 27 meat, and at level 10 the basic recipe gives 400 taste and $500. This should basically carry your late game sushi. Edit and there is a spawn just outside the glacial portal so you can pop down, harvest, repeat.

my bad bruh, they're around hydrothermal vents area. you may need to proceed with the story a bit.

I get around 6-8 shrimps per run, 10 if you're lucky with spawn, sometimes they or some seahorse pops up when you fully mined a node so you can take those too and maybe register them on seahorse race, their pretty decent as menu too.
