Big shrimpy boi was the only challenging boss for me. That one I needed to think :)
Although the same people calling for dev to be fired over a boss design show their mental age
The fight is not so much poorly implemented: this game has a combat system that doesn't belong in 2023 and we all have to work around it. The problem is it happens at a time when, unless you decided to grind early on for certain materials, you simply haven't got the firepower to make even a dent in Klaus.
Pick a weapon: sniper rifle and shotgun work the best. The grenade launcher is doable but not optimal. Start farming for materials to upgrade that weapon to the maximum level. before diving pick the charm increasing dash speed and either the one decreasing damage taken or the one increasing base damage by 10%.
Before heading into the vortex make sure to spend some time opening crates: oxygen cartridges and weapon upgrades are a big bonus, but always remember due to the aforementioned garbage combat system the sharks roaming around at night can really ruin your day.
Of course the sniper rifle allows you to pick Klaus from a long distance: fully upgraded and with the 10% damage charm the fight becomes so much easier. But don't rule out the shotgun since it allows doing Klaus huge damage at short range.
If he wasn't so fast to turn around this would be better. As of now, this boss is by far the most infuriating thing I've come across in this game. The shrimp is a close second, but at least his attacks could be avoided.
Can’t tell if sarcasm. Hold the space bar…
"Many players report a bug connected with the mission in which you have to catch tuna. They can’t do anything. It is impossible to dive or use your phone to call someone. The problem occurs when you do 2 missions on the same day. The solution is simple but may be tiresome – you have to restart the day and skip the other quest. The game should progress normally. For now it is the only working solution. We have to wait for the developers to fix it properly." -gamepressure
