No more Atlantic Bonito and Big Eye Trevally

i'm at the endgame (end of chapter 6) and i have not found these fish in weeks. I have only one of each in the farm so i can't breed them. I know how they look like, i know where they spawn, but they just don't seem to appear anymore in my save.

Some fish types not spawning in your save file might be a bug in the game. I also have a few types of fish that stopped spawning after chapter 6. Hopefully this will get patched soon.

FYI: The Fish that only spawn in the seaweed biomes are not the ones I'm talking about.

bigeye trevally is a larger fish that you have to harpoon and then harvest once dead. it's fairly common for me. atlantic bonito has not shown up after 2 in-game weeks, it's the only fish I have not got 2 of in the fish farm

Is it a seasonal fish that changes due to the time of year in game? I noticed some fish are only around for a set season. I could be wrong. I hope this helps.
It's November in game for me and I'm still seeing them.

the patch might have fixed the issue. i only caught atlantic mackerels yesterday, but a few got added as bonitos in the kitchen today

They are rare i have seen them 2 times in 40 days.

i almost giveup too. now i'm in end of december and i found them in early december. they spawn with ornate wrasse,comber, sea goldie, and the little batfish. (rare spawn)
idk if it bad RNG or bug. if it bug, i hope dev fix it.
