2) send/sell all but 2

It should preferentially send the ones that have less meat so as to maintain highest quality stock.
EDIT: It would also be nice to select certain fish to NOT reproduce. It seems that only the same fish reproduce every day, so I would have to remove them entirely from my fish farm in order to let the other fish I want reproduce. I want to keep them in reserve in case I want them later so I don't have to catch them again. But I guess that's just what I have to do.
EDIT: There should also be a way to choose to BAN certain fish so you won't get their eggs until you remove the ban again!
Even just a "send all but 2 of each type" option for the "Use All Ingredients" hotkey in the details view would drastically improve QoL, not having to manually select each fish type, space, down, press up, press left twice (and that's if there's just one quality type present), space; repeat for each fish type would make using the fish farm so much less of a hassle
Send all but 20 would be helpful.
Send all but 30 is also needed.
