Always running out of fish

So, no matter how many fish I catch, I'm ALWAYS running out of fish at the Restaurant which is creating a problem. I always have 5-6 customers that end up without any food and they leave, very angry which drops my score. How do I fix this or is this just the nature of the game?

Are you setting your dishes to "auto-supply"? Are the fish gone from your inventory or is the menu item just running out?

Left over that don't get sold get tossed away. Don't put the entire batch on the menu.

hmm you can't possibly running out of food. because if you run out of ingredients cust will order default sushi that sell for 1 gold.
maybe you enchant many ingredients? so all of it gone? when you put in menu.
or you didnt serve cust in time so they left restaurant.

To answer everyone's questions in order:

All my food is on auto-supply.

I don't put an entire batch out.

I have never experienced this, selling food for 1g or anything like that. I will have customers come in and sit with orders over their head and then leave because the chefs stop making food.

You have to refill Wasabi on the far right? Lord, I must have missed those instructions *facepalm* I didn't even know that was a thing. I have 2 waiters so I spend most of my time filling drinks and doing nothing else. I could have been doing that the entire time? Wow lol

Are you clicking "max" when selecting dishes?
In that case, you are throwing away most of your food each night

No, as stated above, I don't put the entire batch out and I have it on auto-supply.

I think the problem is I didn't know about the Wasabi. Had no idea. Must have missed that during the "how to run this restaurant" portion of the game.
