I got stuck on this too. They're back in places you've already been. You have to go back to the place you fought the Giant Squid (under the boat wreck) and in the chamber with the giant Sea Person mural of their king or whoever.

Yeah I got stuck on this thinking they would be in the newer area that you hadn't been to before, which is usually how games go...

I had a break between the info and the doing, so looking it up again was very usefull
