You can save them up for events, like a lot of the shark bosses work for the Shark event, but Enhancing other recipes will net you more money than the Boss recipes once you get to mid-late game. (Deep Sea Tempura for example sells for a lot more when enhanced than any boss dish and it is also considered a Shark dish)
To my knowledge none of the boss dishes count for parties. The boss dishes are their own thing, their own one-time super bonus that isn't impacted by anything else, can't be improved, etc.
true, but the goblin shark counts as a dish on the shark event, as mentioned above.
maybe some dishes work while others don't just yet.
As well as you boss shark you mentioned Goblin Shark , also the Heliocorpion and the Great White Shark count towards shark party.
