Bug or bad RNG? 0 curry for the curry party

A little paranoid. On the day I was notified of the curry party I also unlocked 'Momo's Secret'.

I'm assuming the curry needed for the party are in the red pots? I farmed those red pots day and night and I ended up with a extensive collection of Cat food but zero curry for the curry dishes needed for the event.

If the curry is not obtained in the red pots could someone please let me know how to make/get the item so i don't fail the next curry party please?

If the curry is found in the red pots then I think the game gave me cat food instead of the curry because I ended up with a regular supply of that (1 in every 2 gave me cat food.)

If you want to unlock Momo's Secret achievement Feed Momo cat food during the day, eventually something will happen one night.

obviously this requires preparation but using the despatch of staff to collect ingredients is a good way to get one specific ingredient as long as you have found that ingredient already

Unfortunately I haven't found the curry block yet. I spent hours focusing on red pots and nothing, not even during the curry party time frame. So frustrating. Meanwhile I'm stockpiling cat food.

so far Curry Block only appears in Depths and Glacial, could be in vents too but haven't been there, and I only get one block per area.

Thanks for mentioning glacial, I forgot about the pots in there and have been leaving that area out of my rotation. Depths haven't worked for me but I'll make sure I add glacial to my list now.

The game don't tell you that you can use any spare staff to gather special ingredients, you can choose which one so you can get curry that way.
Go to the staff tab and you'll see the option (before transfer), in french the trad is wrong so I didn't know until after the curry party (ofc^^)
