Cooking Slot +1?

For the Cooksta rank up rewards what does "Cooking Slot +!" do? Kitchen Staff is where you assign another person to work so that's not it. Menu Slot is to assign more dishes. So what is the Cooking Slot? Im on the cusp of Platinum so was pondering this. I seem to have gotten that at a lower rank as well but didn't notice what it even did.

should be the amount of dishes your cooks can cook simultaniously

When the amount of cooked meals is at max and you don't serve them in time, the cook stops working.
