Who's the best manager?

For now my best manager for the second location has 2stars... I don't know which stats are important so im currently hireing every person i can get to try one after another (after lvling them to lvl 7)...Does anybody know a good employe for the manager position??

I just slapped a high level server in there, the chick with the afro and freckles. She seems to be doing fine. My chefs are some DBZ looking guy (he looks like the guy who showed up with Vageta) and some guy with sunglasses and I just got two rando people as servers with server perks.

im using old man pai, because he had good stat in serving and if you get him to certain level he can handle rank 9 dishes. i forgot what level but now my old man pai is level 15

I use Devina (?) i unlocked her pretty late if i remember it right but when i put her into the Position she instantly had Rank 9 Fish + 5 Stars

If the stats should be like a good allrounder, i'd say, i'm already using the perfect one (Raul), he has the exact same skill amount all across the board.
