SPOILER mission bug? or am I missing something?
Hey,

I defeated John Watson in his armor and picked up an armor piece to give to Cobra but it never happened (no dialog or anything, was the same day as the tuna event). Is this a bug? Will it happen later? Or am I missing something?

It took me a while aswell. If you want to unlock it sooner, try to advance the yellow story missions (so not side quests and events) as quickly as possible since that triggered the "armor piece" conversation for me naturally at one point.
