which staff are you guys running?

So i have El Nino, Maki, James and maki. Im looking at boosting my staff up, but curious what everyone has bewen running. I just ran the 400g add and rolled yusuke, Itsuki, Drae, Mitcchell
Drae looks nice for the cocktails, and Itsuki looks interesting for the cheap cost to upgrade, but not sure what charisma does for things.

Im running with El Nino, Drea, Maki, and Raul. Nino and drea both have cleaning but one has drink serving and the other cocktails so they can cover all the mini games i dont want to do. i have Maki because meh story, but Raul is the goat he has the increase the number the dishes perk and he also increases the prices of drinks

I'm still trying to find a balance for my staff. Also I believe the charisma (which increases appeal) has to do with the branch store mechanics. I'm not totally sure as i have yet to get any of my workers to lvl 20, but the appeal stat may be playing an affect on a certain aspect of the branch store.

for full automation i go with the el nino and raptor pair. wasabi, cleaning, drinks, cocktails, they handle it all

for cooking maki and yone for the high stats. will probably switch yone out for somebody with a better perk once i start training other staff members
