one way i learn how to make lots of money is to unlock "vegetable sushi" recipe. the recipe is only Carrot, rice and eggplant where you can buy it at farm. maximum dish level can make 1500+ per dish

Wait until the Cucumber Party event where you unlock the cucumber and the Skewered Cucumber dish. This one recipe is completely broken:
It takes just 3 cucumbers to make, so it's really easy to get it to max level. If you are lazy to farm de cucumbers, you can just buy them from Otto for $200 each.

Now the broken part:
At max level, for just 3 cucumbers, you can prepare 3 plates of Skewered Cucumber that sells at a wooping $1.480 each. That means that for $200 you can get a margin of $1280 per customer.

If we do the same math with the Vegetable Sushi, it goes like this:
Production cost: 1 Rice ($150), 1 Carrot ($250) and 1 Eggplant ($210)
Plates per recipe: 1
Cost per plate: $610
Profit per customer: $1572
Margin per customer: $962

im at this step and i cant find Otto, i might have skipped some dialog on accident, but i cannot find him

otto will call you sooner or later. i got this same problem too. idk if its the bug or just part of the story. take like a week or 2 for otto to call.

i'm farming shark and tuna and making decent bank but not anywhere near close to what I could make from veg sushi
