What does higher fish quality do for you?
If you catch a fish alive, it has a higher quality than if you kill it. But what benefit does that offer? When I set the menu, I don't see any difference in the dishes based on the quality of the fish I caught.

Makes sense, since, when you tear a fish up, you tear up the meat. I like realistic immersion in my unrealistic video games. :D

Not only that but you get more portions with less weight. Looks like the fish takes up the same room no matter if its 1 or 3 stars. So by far better to get more fillets of meat from less weight in your box.

Aside from the extra meat, a 3 star fish seems to have a higher change to drop a crafting ingredient.
