How do you make cocktails
Tea and beer both had tutorials on how they work, but not cocktails. It just says "push the buttons"

Which friggin' buttons?!? I'm trying to keep up with the wasabi and wasting my time trying to do this mini game. After making 2 'bad' cocktails I had Bancho sitting there with no wasabi. Lost sales to it, and unhappy customers. Not thrilled with this addition.

I've got staff who clean, and do the other 2 drinks for me because for me pouring drinks is a time sink. Is there one of the wait staff who can take this over too?

Just not having as much fun with the diners since I got this "bonus" feature.

S to pour a colour, Q/E to move the tap to different colours, guide on the side shows how they want the cocktail made, stop pouring early because it dribbles extra

Thanks all. I hit the Q & E, playing on PC, and I swear it didn't move the tap

I'll look for Drae, thanks! Been playing since AE and it's nice to be out of "Groundhog day" mode ( for anyone who wasn't in AE, you could keep playing and accumulate things but it was always Oct 29th every day. )

Have a fairly large staff, but most of them I send out to get seasoning.

+1 on getting Drae. I tried making cocktails twice on Steam Deck and both times couldn't swap to a different drink. No idea if I was meant to stop pouring before trying to swap or not as we had no tutorial.

There is a timer for cocktails, I took to long and got a "Bad", it doesn't give you much time. You get like 3 presses on the dispenser and that's it. I thought I was a little short,so did 2 squirts of one flavor, and the 3rd timed me out

And if you play with an Xbox controller? On screen you can only see the control to pour, wich is down on the left analog stick, but i have no clue how to switch colors/flavours...

LB/RB cycles colors (you'll see the button icons next to the colored nozzles).

When employing a worker you can click on the detail before hireing to see their skills and stats when at max level. This can help you when finding one that would have the skills you would need. I also recommend when buying a staff to find one with a wasabi refill, drink serving, cocktail serving, and cleaning skill as you would need them for the branch store.

Thank you :KneelingBow: looks harder than pouring tea and beer, the first time you have to do it is a bit unfair, because requires you to be fast at something new, i didn't even notice the controls. In my opinion the game should teach you first, when you got the "cocktail dispenser" and with a short tutorial to making one right away for, i don't know, Cobra, Bancho, whoever.

Yeah, my first two cocktails were fails till I got a good one, then failed another two after that. The time requirement leaves no room for mistakes and changing colors is not instant/a bit finicky for when you can stop pouring, change nozzle, then pour again. It's OK, the learning curve cost me a few drinks but now Dave is a solid barkeep.
