Is the Seaweed farm even available?

I pre-bought the seeds but so far no farm availability. I'm guessing that I need quest more further, but I feel that I reach close to the end. Not sure. already killed the platysaurus at the 3 symbols activation

omg. i just found out who does it. it's that farmer in the middle right. i kept thinking the seed seller did it.

I have the same issue. I found guma and all he asks if ive seen any seaweed sprouting in the control room. When I go to the control room, however, nothing is there. Did i miss something?

Nvm it turns out I had an uncomplete quest
