bug: changing a menu item BEFORE opening!!!
so if im messing around before the restaurant opens, and put up say, a BOSS meal. then decide to replace it. ITS TOTALLY GONE!!! why am i losing stuff thats not confirmed yet? and no im not using a 3rd party website that wont even let me submit bug reports.

its not a bug, once you place an item on the menu, it spends the resources to put it there, theyre gone, putting it on the menu IS the confirmation

Yeah I hate this, hope its changed eventually. Even having a confirmation message that you're about to put it on the menu would be good.. I've accidentally wasted a huge stack of an expensive meal before because I misclicked

You prep every food for the menu, anything not sold will be wasted. Allowing you swap the menu freely would destroy the planning mechanics part of this game

noooo. some of u are clearly missing the BUG here. planning is NOT spending. opening the store for business is the confirmation. its not the END of the business day and im trying to swap stuff out to save food. its literally the planning stage! if i say i want 1mil grapes for dinner, i can cancel that easy right after i say it. im not telling them to cook it, bring it to me THEN canceling it! this is stupid and CLEARLY a design flaw!

My dad runs a F&B business. He prep the food before they open the store for business. Once he hurt his leg and could barely walk but he still have to go for work because he prepped too much food and it will go to waste if he didn't go work. I know this is just a game, just saying alot of restaurants does this
