Which dish to level to reach 375 taste for Diamond rank?

I've been looking through the menu, but I don't see anything that will obviously reach 375 when at rank 10.

I did the stellate pufferfish dish for it. Taste seems to rise by a set amount each level, so if it starts at say 100 taste and goes up by 10 to 110 at level 2, it will probably go up to 190 max. So there are 2 things to watch for, the starting taste and how fast it rises. 375 needs a higher starting taste and a pretty quick rise to match.

before glacial - hammerhead shark 390, thresher shark 390, sailfish 400
after glacial - porbeagle shark 380, narwhal 400

Thanks for the replies. I think the easiest is the little crustacean in hydrothermal zone. I noticed that I had a load of them, so I levelled it a bunch and the taste improved hugely.
