Where can i find Mjolnir?

I have been searching in the Glacial Area but haven't found anything. I read that you can find it near where the Beluga Whale was earlier in the game and that the Mjolnir hammer is hidden in an Aquamarine rock. But is it a specific Aquamarine rock or is the spawn chance really low? Thank you for any help!

i found it on the right side twice, once on each of the overhangs, its just a block of solid see thru ice with it in side, you hit it with melee a few times to break it then do the same minigame as getting the crowbar out, the achievement is for killing a fish with it, it has short range so have fun

I finally found the block of ice. For me it was on the right side too. For anyone that needs help finding the Mjolnir go first to the Sea People and then go to the glacial area and the "ice block" with mjolnir was on the right side of the map. That worked for me atleast.

In case anyone is interested, I took a screenshot of what it looks like. This is the shelf just above the entrance to the 3rd control room access.

Alternatively, I found it inside the 3rd control room access, beside an aquamarine vent. Warning though, after retrieving it - my screen glitched out and it teleported me into some weird out of bound area.

Found the hammer in the 3rd control room access as well, and the glitch also occurred. I had the Tranquilizer Gas Bomb Launcher on me at the time and shooting it brought me back to the playable area of the map.

Might work for any gun! :)

Correct, you just gather and use it once for the achievement.

I think that you should've been able to select a different weapon and harpoon as well. Being completely reliant on rng to get a harpoon you want makes it almost entirely useless.

If you hold the melee button he charges up a ranged attack with mjolnir.

Thank you for posting the screenshots. I have now found one in my playthrough as well.
After completing all achievements, getting the marinca to 100% and doing other things to complete the game, this single achievement was left for me to collect.

It took me about 5 hours in total of repetetively checking for the hammer, to find it in the bottom right spot. My route was checking both spots shown in the two posted screenshots, returning to boat after doing so, repeat. I had to reset about 60 times to let it spawn.

Horrible achievement. Repetetive rng.

does the 'ice block with hammer' always spawn on rainy or stormy days? or even that is rng too?

The trick here seems to be that you need to go to the sea people village first, before going into the glacial area. I used the mirror on the boat to go there and then the mirror again to go down. Not sure why this works, but I read other people doing it this way and I found mjolnir on my first or second dive after trying it. Weather was clear and sunny.

For me, it popped in the third cave, but not in the control room. It was in the dead end on the lower passage, so if you're not seeing it on the ledges, try that cave, but be sure to explore around.
