Jade Pedestal not found

Anyone knows how to find the jade pedestal required for the eco-bag? I scanned the glacier area for several days' both dives, including the temples, but none was found. There were only jade marbles and bowls.

i found one in area 3 of the glacial zone, the side caves where the locks are

It shows up on a Rainy/Stormy day in area 3 of the Glacier Caves 545.0m down (on the right side of the cave) in the "go to new region doorway" its located where the Starry Skate is hiding

area 3 of the glacial zone sunny day for me, it's quite rare though

I also found it in area 3 of the glacial zone. There are no special weather conditions needed. It is located at the top right of the final ice room.

It pops up in the same cave you had to do the Co-op puzzle with Suwam in. It's understandable to think that cave was useless because you had to Co-op your way through it the first time, but afterwards you can just go in it by yourself and there's some eels and fish that only spawn in there as well.

As other people have said it spawns at random in cave 3 (bottom right in the glaciar map). Its not necessarly at the location crimtos posted. I had to try about 6/7 times for it to spawn.
