Can't find seahorse

Having trouble with the runaway seahorse quest for the undersea village. I can't find the last seahorse (crowned). I checked every part of the village and inside every building. Nothing! Is it bugged. I hope not. If only this game was kind enough to include mission trackers to make it easier to find certain fish.

You can use the blue portals to teleport between the upper and lower layers. The last one you might be missing is: in the palace

it annoyed me too, 3 outside two inside, palace and one the house nearest left side .

How do you use the Portal? I tried swimming up to it but it doesn´t show a button prompt and spacebar doesn´t work. Am I missing anything?

thank you so much. was walk around for 3-4 times and couldn't find the last one. i didn't know how to get to the upper layer until i saw your tips.

It seems to be glitched, it doesn't show a prompt on that side but if you go to the middle and press space or X on Xbox controller it should take you through anyway.

Just go out of the city (far right) and enter the city again and you can use the portal
