Stuck on "heal Ramo"

I have an issue with a main quest. I've found both ingriedients for the recipe. And the quest says I have to ask Bancho to cook it for me. But since 3 days nothing happens. I tried to call bancho but nothing happens. What should I do?

If I remember correcty you have to go south/west from the room with ramo inside. There you will find the 2 ingriedients. In that area.
