New employees - whats their top stats and skills?

Started a new game right on release of full version and cant seem to find a solid guide on new employees. Please share here your findings, I`ll update it into a full guide when get enough info.

Just click details on them before you hire them, and you will see their stats at lv 20

If you use the details option you can see the skills ( at least I have been able to ) prior to hiring them... However if you hire them before doing that I haven't found a way (other than leveling them up) to see the skills. So I'd recommend making sure you use the details option on potential new hires if you are looking for a certain skill.
