Which I suppose is saying something positive. I suppose every game with puzzles has to have at least one totally bullcrap one, and as bullcrap puzzles go this isn't the worst.
Yes, this puzzle seriously sucks. The game would be more enjoyable if they offered a "skip" option after five attempts for scenes like this. If you can't solve it, your only option is to resort to a saved game and decide not to proceed with the main story line.
Honestly, I would never have gotten this without your explanation.

I'm enjoying the game, but this one section needs clear instructions very counter intuitive for me at least, normally you stab a divine light fruit, easy... not this one.
