Best Taste not going up

Trying to improve my level in the Cooksta app, and the only thing holding be back is the Best Taste category. It's not increasing at all over several different evenings with different menu items. This is from an early access save so I'm not sure if it's possibly a bug or if I'm just missing something. I'm currently at platinum trying to move to diamond, stuck at 203/250

Same, also gold trying to get to platinum. Best Taste went up initially once on the first night into 1.0 but every opening after, Best Taste hasn't gone up

ohh, so it's all based on taste score, seems obvious now. so I guess I need to keep enhancing a dish until it hits 250?

Open your menu and use the filter to "Sort by Taste" then it will show you what your best tasting dishes are. Then enhance one so it increases that number.

I automatically got platinum from my EA save as I had Batfish Ricebowl levelled to level 10, and in this update they added egg to it (which I'm yet to unlock) but it still counts.

They did do a massive taste rebalance since EA as in EA I remember having sushi with their tastes in the 1000s
