Whos worker itsuki? has anyone tried her out

Maxed her to lvl 20 and tested her being branch manager. She can only sells Rank 8 foods or lower. Work with lvl 11-11 cooks & lvl 12-12 servers. The branch may get 30k daily by selling Mianbao Xia, Tropical fish Set, or maybe more... And get 6-7 angry customers per day (worst). Hope this helps.

El Nino, Itsuki, and Raptor are the best servers.

El Nino+Raptor is the best combo though, since they do everything; clean, serve drinks, serve cocktails, fill wasabi, and have high serve stats.
You can later put itsuki to some other work that will be unlocked later in the game, and she is relevant for the whole game.

For cooks, Maki and Yone are the best. Although later on its good to upgrade some others to lvl 15 for their recepies as well.

Later in the game you should eventually just hire everyone anyway. Have half of the staff searching for ingredients, when the best people are on their designed positions.
