[Director of Dave the Diver] : For Moe, the idea was to create an anime universe that would appeal to the geeky characters that exist in the game. Nexon has a great IP called Moe, so we approached them and asked if we could borrow their resources, and they said yes.
Mintrocket, a brand behind Dave the Diver is a new sub-brand of Nexon, specialized in supporting small groups of Nexon developers looking for something 'fresh'. that's why they were able to use M.O.E IP.
In Dave the Diver, the M.O.E is referenced as 'Stra Stella, ストラステラ' - a title used in Japanese market.
