Leafy sea dragon where?!?!?

Does anyone know where the heck i can find the Leafy sea dragon? Nobody seams to be talking about it for some reason, and i've searched all over the glacial area where they're supposed to be..

If I'm not mistaken, when you mine Topaz there is a high chance of them spawning from the ore pile. Give it five seconds after you've knocked all the ore out and a seadragon will appear if one is going to. I've gotten the leafy seadragon in my Marinca and I'm pretty sure I've gotten a bunch of them.

There's a seahorse that comes from Ruby ore pile and it's much more rare.

It can also just randomly show up if you keep your eyes peeled. I've seen this one just floating anywhere around the glacial area.

Hilariously, i ended up finding the super rare Ruby sea dragon much sooner the leafy or even the weedy sea dragon. rofl What are the odds?
