RT + LT?

I just got a prompt to do LT + RT to, I think, clean up in the restaurant, but it doesn't seem to advance consistently... am I supposed to hold it? Am I only advancing it if I somehow get them both pressed simultaneously?

I failed like, 3 customers because there's also no exiting it once I start, I guess.

It's a weird one, but as far as I can tell, you're supposed to hit both triggers at the same time repeatedly.

I got it! It's both triggers and a wee wait, spamming while Dave's doing the animation doesn't help.
